Yes, your boobs will grow. Most girls don't have boobs at 11 unless they are fat or "early bloomers", so just give it time. There's no way to tell for sure what size they will be. Mine didn't even START growing until I was 12. I don't know why you WANT boobs though! They are annoying and bras are even worse. I'd give mine up any day. Enjoy the freedom while you're still young.
There's nothing you can do to MAKE your boobs grow. No gum or drink or exercise or pill will make them grow. You just gotta wait. Sorry!

I got mine early, and started wearing a training bra in the 4th grade (I was nine at the time). I also started my period in 5th grade, so I was an "early bloomer".
You need to relax. I have friends in the ninth grade who are still flat and haven't started their periods.
Give it some time. And don't stuff. People will know you're being fake, and it'll look unnatural.

big boobs are fun and all, but its not all glamor and games. When you actually have them, and considering your family comparison..... You may even end up disliking it when they get uncomfortable, itchy, heavy, painful; savor the time to stay naive, your only 11.
They will grow, lol! You are still young...some people are early bloomers and some are late. I went to school with girls who did not have any boobs and then as soon as freshman year started, they suddenly had boobs! Be patient! Oh and by the way-gum will not increase your breast size! That is a scam!
