instead of having a blue sky with white clouds, kids draw clouds and colour them in blue!
The Sky looks Blue and the Clouds look White.
The Sky is always bigger and infinite.
To recreate the scenery of the Sky they need those 2 colors.
Painting the Sky blue would require more work and more crayons. Thus they just paint the clouds with blue which serves to accomplish their purpose of creating a sky scenery.
It's no fun to use the white crayon.

oh, man! When I was little, I remember seeing my classmates pulling that crap, and I would get so mad :P
They probably do it because they are lazy and don't want to color the whole sky. Perhaps some of them are very unobservant and don't notice that clouds are white. Idiots.

Ummm....so? Are you going to sue them for it? They're kids and they color strangely.
Its easier then coloring in the sky.

Kids have GREAT IMAGINATIONS,they are just exercising their creative prerogative!
um I've worked with children through sunday school, AWANA, and baby sitting. I have never even seen a kid color in a cloud before, just outline one. maybe the kids you see doing this either have something wrong with them, or they just want to be different and add more color, either way im sure it is not hurting anyone if they color their clouds blue
