I am only 19 years old, and I know that that is a very young age, but i feel that i am almost ready to have a little one of my own. And i have been doing some research on the computer, and they say that folic acid is good to take before and during pregnancy, so i went out and bought some it is labeled" Finest Natural Folic Acid 400mcg" and I needed to know if these are the right ones to take? Also I am wondering what could I do to increase my odds of getting pregnant sooner?
Thanks for your time & help!
I hope you own your own home, have a good education, steady job with decent benefits in case something goes wrong and have saved enough money to give your kids a good education. I know people insist that money can't buy happiness and you don't need money to raise good kids but it sure keeps them from screaming how much they hate you and wish they were never born for the next 25 years because you're poorer than their friends' families and they have to go to a crappy community college because their mom wanted kids.
its best to ask your doctor...he/she can help you with this the best.
Most teens get pregnant because they are lonely and are looking to fill a void in their lives. A baby is not going to do that. At 19 you are not ready for a child, shoot your brain hasn't even stopped developing at 19, your brain is finished developing lets call them common sense skills at 24 years old.....you are long ways off. You need to wait, a child right now at you age will only be a burden on you, and when all your friends are going out partying, you will be stuck at home with your child.
You need to figure out when you ovulate. Ovulation only occurs for about 40 hours per month. I would use the ovulation test sticks to determine your right time. Don't use any personal lubricants (including spit) as it will kill sperm. If you are unable to produce enough personal lubrication then I recommend you buy something called Pre-seed. Also, a cough expectorant will thin out you cervical mucus, but only ingest that just before ovulation. After intercourse place a pillow under your buttocks and that way the sperm have a better chance of reaching an egg. You are right to take folic acid before hand (any brand) and I wish you good luck.

You need to see a doctor and tell her about your plans before you start trying to get pregnant.
They will give you a perscription for pre natal vitamins and a diet plan.
However, you are too young, having a baby at that age can ruin your life but that is not what is important, the important thing is that it can ruin your child's life.
Nobody understands...any help please?
50 points for someone willing to do this!!!!!!!!!!?
