What kind of turtle do i have here?
Found it on my driveway and my backyard is pretty much a forest..

That is a slider.If he has a reddish marks behind his eyes or,a red post orbital stripe, he is a red eared slider. They are semi-aquatic turtles. They can bite. It may be best to return him back to his pond and, it is possible that he just treked out a little to far. That happens sometimes.
red eared OR yellow belly slider.
That is definitely an aquatic turtle, but not a snapping turtle. Either a red-eared slider or a yellow-bellied slider, I think. If it has a patch of red-orange on each side of its neck, then it's a red-eared slider. It's probably best to release it in the pond.
Looks like a slider, if so you need to get it into some water ASAP. They are water turtles. Red-eared or yellow-bellied.....look them up and get some info on them.
