ive been wanting a tattoo for like 3 years now that i can get it im scared
im 17 and my parent told me that they will sign what is needed for tattoo
i want something really small and somewhere where i could hide it
i always like a koi fish tattoo or start tattoo ive been thinking to get it on my leg or inside my wrist
but does it hurt that bad?? i know what there are some placec where its really painfull( somewhere near bones?)

it honeslty doesnt hurt that bad...but i have a high pain tolerance...it does hurt more in the wrist..which is where i have mine..because the skin is really thin there...and your design is a little more detailed..but truthfully its not that bad. you could always ask them to open needles and test them on your skin without the ink..that way if you cant handle the pain you dont have to leave with half a fish on your body ( but you do have to pay for them opening the needles) good luck though!!
you'll be fine, even if certain part of the body is more painful you will get numb eventually.
yes it really hurts that bad. if you are scared i would wait if i were you. once the artist starts the tat you have to finish it or will look like crap. wait another year atleast. make sure its what you really want and just think about when you are 60 years old what it would look like. this will be on your body for life. think about it. if you do get one now , get it on your back where u can hide it if you dont like it. not on your wrist. good luck. That is a really neat tattoo. I think it would good on either leg or arm. I can also see it on your upper back between your shoulder blades. Have fun getting it.
Don't let people push you you dont want to say II got a tattooo and I hate it because remember tattoos are forever. (unless you go thu tattoo removal which hurts about as much as the tattoo.)
Hehehe, I am 17 aswell. I have 6 tatoos already (a bit of a wild child..!) Don't let anyone push you into getting "inked" forever!! I got mine because I wanted to. It doesn't hurt too bad...I suggest you talk to the lady/guy tatooing you to keep your mind off of the needles.
the meatier the place you get it, the less itll hurt. closer to the bone = pain.
keep this in mind, if you really want it, stick through the pain. Pain will be only for awhile, and if you take care of it while it heals, itll turn out great.
If you really are sure you want one, get one. Make sure it is a design you really like though, and not one you will look at in a year or two and think "thats really childish, why did i get it"
Amount of pain depends on you, and where you get it. I have one on my stomach, and it didn't hurt much - but loads of people say thats one of the worst places! (though i will admit, the lower the needle went, the more it hurt).
If you want it somewhere you can hide it, avoid the inside of your wrist, if you wanted to hide it you would have to wear long sleeves, which in summer is a pain!
yeah get it on the back or side of your calf it will look good.
about the pain, yah it will hurt, tattoos hurt, but get over it.
if you want it that bad then just buck up and do it
if you are going to be ashamed or try to hide it then just get henna or something...i suggest waiting a while before you get it...put more thought into it...a tattoo is gonna hurt no matter where you get it...and on the wrist is not a good idea if you wanna be able to hide it.
wow thts a pretty cool design! dont be scared at all. the pain varies depending on each individual persons pain threshold. but what pain there is is totally worth it. if i can stand he pain despite feeling pain incredibally easily then anyone can. if you wan't it go for it and dont let being scared hold you back. at sixteen i have six and i have never regretted a moment of them despite the pain. wrist will hurt alot cos of the bone but thigh or upper leg barely hurts at all becuase they are usually chunkier with more fat. gd luckxx and i know it will look gorgeous and be totally worth it!!

The pain isn't tooooo bad, it depends where the tattoo is, try to avoid having it done where there is a lot of bone.
It looks really nice. The uppershoulder (unless your really boney) is a good spot. Tattoos do hurt, but it's not too too bad. You can handle it.

That tattooo looks really cool! Tattoo's really aren't that bad. It is always the first one that hurts worse. I didn't know what to expect. So I got myself all worked up for nothing. I have 4 now. It's simple. I think that would look good on the back of the leg.
