i have an xbox that has had a soft mod done to it. it uses the xbmc & evox. it worked the last time i used it, but now it does not!! i cannot get past all the starting processes now.
where do i begin looking to learn how to re-do what my friend that no longer lives in the area had done to it? (meaning the soft mod)
i am using windows xp if that info is going to help determine what my problem could be. Most 'malfunctioning' gadgets work just fine, report claims ::

when i turn it on, as nowmal i have 4 choices to select, i select music, the next screen it normally says audio, i don't select that, i scroll down and there is a blank option i normally select, now it is no longer blank, it says soundtrack 1, from there when i try to continue as normal, it just won't let me progress any further.
this has nothing to do with xbmc, we infact recommend hardware mods. so moving it to xbox general
what exactly does the xbox do when you power it on?
