Unfortunately, this is a growing trend in the US. Four years ago a GOP puppet organization "Voter Outreach of America," was found to have intentionally trashed democrat voters registrations after the would-be voters completed the registration. I suspect that one or both parties have been supporting hanky panky with the voters for centuries. There is something seriously amiss when 3rd world countries are expected to have transparent elections, but we aren't.
