Good pet stores won't sell pets to minors without a parent. Ask your parents to come with you when you go to purchase your new bunny. Hope that helps. :)
Technically you cannot, but most likely they won't do their jobs and check for ID.
Do you have your own apartment? well if not, then i really suggest that you shouldnt be doing this.. One reason is that if your momma or dad dont like the pet, he can either be abused or given back. I mean it would be sad if your pet gets soo attached to you and then you have to let em go. I think, in alot of cases, that is cruel.. Just tell your parents of your intention of buying a new pet and take them with you. This way, you will have their approval and you will ensure that he/she has a good home.. About the age, I think most places want you to be 18.. Probably
Most of the time, you have to be at least 18, or sometimes 21 to buy a pet, so in that case, you might need a parent with you. Also, it depends on the place, some might have the age limit lower. The best thing to do is ask the store. well it depends what store and stuff...........i think as long you have the money you have the pet..................lol................ sorry but i tried to help......but this pet store by my house all you do is ...you see,you pay,you leave.........lol.....well i tried to help..
I know that petsmart you have to be 18 to buy any animal (besides fish) from there. Most of them don't enforce the rules tho. I've bought 5 hermit crabs and not one time have I been asked my age, even tho i've filled out papers saying im 16 and they ask for a parent signature.
Call the petstore and see if there are any age requirements. Maybe since your a regular there they will cut you some slack.
they shouldn't require id or have an age restriction for a rabbit. at least i wouldn't think they would.
EDIT: i'm only 15, and i was allowed to buy my hammy in CO without showing any id.
Nobody understands...any help please?
50 points for someone willing to do this!!!!!!!!!!?
